The safety of our team members and work sites is important to us. Our goal at ATR is to provide all of our employees with the tools and knowledge they need to practice safe work habits so that they can get the job done safely and return home to their families at the end of their shift. Our safety policy and culture is 100% supported and backed by Management and Supervision.

Drug Free Workplace

ATR has strong beliefs that safety occurs both inside and outside of the workplace, which is why we instill a strict drug free work policy and safety manual.

Safety is the first requirement on any job. Though no two projects are the same, all demand quality results at a safe worksite. Whether you are building a new facility, expanding an existing one, or replacing complex equipment, we have the depth and breadth of expertise to get the job done safely.

  • Safe Workplace requirements are communicated to ATR employees through annual safety training and specialized safety training throughout the year.

  • The most important element that is emphasized in ATR’s safety culture is the safe return home for every employee at the end of each work shift.
